**MY 21ST BIRTHDAY**

Oh... My... God. It was my 21st birthday this week (I know, getting on aren't I?!) and it was FABULOUS. Honestly, I am such a lucky girl- got spoilt rotten!

You see, first of all I had my trip top London which was amazing- Two Door Cinema Club @ The Roundhouse in Camden on Saturday, the most delicious cupcakes and amazing shops @ Portabello Market on Sunday, followed by Oxford Street (!!) and seeing Les Mis on Monday night. It was truely epic!

The only downside to the trip was that I broke my beloved iPhone (again), by spilling water in my bag, but hopefully I can get another one soonish as it is pretty much the love of my life.

Breaking it also meant I couldn't take any photos which is a proper shame as you know how much I love photos! However, I will just include some of the places where we went below so you have an idea of what it was like.

Anyway, I came back home on the Tuesday which was my bday and spent a larrrvely evening with the fam and a couple of my very special mateys- where my mum, dad and sis revealed my main prezzie- a week in New York!!!

I know, how amazing is that?! And it's happening next month!

Plus, when I got back to Bournemouth, me and my housemates had a good night out to celebrate yet again- going to the club Klute where we had a table booked, and my main girl KC even managed to get us lots of free champers! Was a truely great night.

Oh and they bought me a camera- how good is that!!

Tonight I am seeing my college gals for dinner, which is not really my birthday thing but still, it's like one big continuation, and then I have New York in 2 weeks- it has been a truely epic time!

All I've done this month is eat party food though so I need to get back on the health and hula-hooping wagon after this week for sure!

So... February was literally an amaaaaazing month!!

Right from the word go it was actually amazing with my mate Bex inviting me to the Loaded Lafta Awards After Party (which was hilarious, and saw us meeting Wills Mum from the Inbetweeners and Matt Berry!), then there was the legendary Thurday with the BUFFJ's in honour of Miss Rachel Townsend vising Bomo...

All followed by a cheeky Brit Awards After Party, an NME Awards tour gig and then Miss Lucy Crane's 21st celebrations- best month ever!!!

**NEW NAILS**

Heard of Minx nails?? Well they're the latest trend in nailwear with the likes of Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and Rihanna all fans.

Basically, they're a bunch of cool designs made out of tinfoil that are pressed onto your nails and then secured with heat.

The thing is, they cost at least £20 at salons, so being the skint student that I am, I looked for a cheaper alternative!

And I found it!

Yes the might might Primark stepped up to the plate and provided me with a much purse-friendlier alternative which is £3- yes that's right £3.

I mean, I had to do it myself, so it's not perfect and there's only three designs you can choose from, but it's still not too shabby if you just want to have a bit of fun with your nails.

Obviously for a special occasion I'll splash out, but for now these are fine...

January

Well, January's has been a right weird month I tell you that!

Full of such highs and lows that I haven't known whether I'm coming or going!!

Basically, this month I have spent a lot of money, and I mean A LOT.

Booked my birthday- which is no longer gonna be in Rome, it's now in London, but still gonna be amaaazing- booked to see Two Door Cinema Club in Camden, then Les Mis and lots of meals, drinks and outage so will be tres fun!

I've also booked a few gigs to keep me occupied for the year. We haven't booked our holiday yet as we're all saving the money- but that should be all sorted in March.

That's the good stuff, all the exciting plans, but unfortunately there's been some bad news- unfortunately one of my very close friends lost her younger sister in a car accident. She was only 20 and such a beautiful girl, it was heart-breaking. Obviously, my friend has been very upset, and we've all tried to be there for her. It just shows you how much you really need your friends and loved ones in situations like this.

I also lost my new iPhone!!!!!!!!!! That cost my parents £500!!!!!!! I'm such a joke, and I ended up annoying my hosuemate on the same night by making her come home early- not exactly the best night!

But things worked out alright, as I managed to get a new iPhone for £100 and me and my housie are back to our best- with me even moving into her uni group.

And I have other exciting news- I am going to a work placement asessment at ITV studios this Friday!!! I am SOOOOOOOOOO excited- but nervous too! I must must must be good and do my best and wear something very cute! Haha...

So yes, weird month, but lots more to come still such as my beautiful Gokky's (Lauren's) bday on the 29th of this month... I'll post photo's of that later.

Well hello again :D

How was your chrimbo? Mine has been... somewhat eventful!

I know I haven't written for aaaaaages, but tbh I just haven't felt like it. I mean, usually I love writing, but I just haven't felt the urge and just have gone a bit quesy at the thought of doing it- I don't know why? But I'm here now, and I'm gonna tell you what's been happening, and more importantly what WILL happen in 2011!

Basically, Christmas day was a bit of a cop out, just because I had the flu :( It's so bad atm- literally everyone has it. Well I got it on the day I left Bournemouth which was a week before Christmas, so I thought I would have definitely got rid of it by then... but I still felt soooo rubbish on xmas day- was horrible! I was just sat at the table like a zombie and then couldn't go out in the evening :(

I felt so rubbish about it that we had another xmas a couple of days later when I felt better, which was larrrvely!

Apart from that things have been good- strange, but good. Like, I don't know what it is at the moment, but my body has been on like overdrive. My heart is constantly racing and I just have about a million thoughts a minute... which is sometimes quite fun as I have these crazy, exciting ideas, but it doesn't help much at night when you're trying to get to sleep! Have literally been soooo sleep deprived at the moment- tis horrible becuase it ruins the days because you feel awful and have to have another little sleep to actually survive!

But, I still have been enjoying myself! I've done lots of fun things already in 2011 like go up to Brighton to see Jack which was a riiiighht laugh! I experienced my first jaegar (?) bomb there too- and actually liked it! (I'm a weird one)

And we've done lots of lovely fun things like shopping, meals the usual... however I have even MORE exciting stuff coming up... for example, I think I might go to Rome for my 21st! (Eek) and will probably got to Isle of Wight Festival, and on hol to Ayia Napa was the college girls.

Basically, this is the year of big ideas and excitement- and I'm going to try my best to make them come true!
